In this engaging workshop, we will dive into the two sides of transformational leadership, exploring two distinct spectrums that shape organizational culture: the effect of positive leadership and the pitfalls of toxic leadership.

Drawing from his extensive experience in both military and civilian settings, Rashan will illuminate the profound influence that all leadership levels can exert on organizational cultures. Participants will be equipped with invaluable tools to evaluate and provide constructive feedback, which is essential to effective leadership. Rashan will emphasize the ongoing nature of this evaluation process and unveil powerful strategies for delivering feedback that motivates and empowers team members to reach their fullest potential.  

Additionally, we will navigate the realms of resiliency, examining the twin facets of overcoming adversity that can lead to burnout.
